The service area is signed from the A38 northbound only. Access is direct from the road, with two entrances to the site provided.

Access from the A38 southbound is possible, it's just indirect and not signposted. Take the exit for Dunchideock. Turn right at the mini roundabout to head under the bridge. Take the first left, and then the first right to enter the service area.
