Fresh Food Cafe unit at Northampton Northbound, situated near the seating, next to McDonald’s. It’s a large unit & replaced OnRoute (former Roadchef restaurant). It has no seating of its own but shares communal seating with McDonald’s. It was completely empty during my visit & likely loses lots of trade to McDonald’s. Some Fresh Food Cafés have been turned into Garden Square Deli units, but I’m unsure if this will happen at Northampton. At the top right of the photo is signage for the new Changing Places toilet.
