Former Sourced Market offering at Cobham, situated to the left of the food court, next to LEON. Sourced Market was short-lived at Cobham, offering customers locally-sourced products for just 2 months. Extra first used Sourced at Leeds, and it's suggested this partnership was inspired by Westmorland. However, the brand went into liquidation in Feb 2022 and this unit has been left empty ever since. Sourced is, basically, a cafe lounge (similar to Starbucks but with locally sourced, better quality food & drink) with a small food market selling take out gifts. It's a quirky idea which provided Cobham a very different food offering to the wide range of outlets already leasing units in this building. Sourced used a unit previously occupied by a Papa Johns/Dunkin Donuts unit operated by Welcome Break, and part of the Tossed unit next to this. There's no indication of what might replace Sourced at Cobham, perhaps a GDK like the new one at Baldock, but currently LEON next door has got all its customers back from before Sourced opened here for the first time. Sourced was never signposted from the M25 and wasn't advertised much around the site other than the totem pole outside.
