Customer seating at Northampton Northbound, situated to the left of the entrance. Intended for McDonald’s & Fresh Food Cafe customers, it’s large & bright as a result of heavy glass usage for the 2002 building. All of Roadchef’s early 00’s buildings follow a similar design. It was fairly busy on my visit, however all seating remained clean. The layout of this seating hasn’t changed much since when the building was brand new. It’s good that Roadchef haven’t tried to add extra outlets to replace this seating as seating is important during peak times.
