Different reviews place an emphasis on different features, like the variety of places to eat, the cleanliness, or the facilities for different road users.

Thanks to the internet, many businesses are now conducting their own "reviews" of service areas without leaving their desk. They then send these to online newspapers in return for free publicity. We deliberately ignore those 'studies', and we take an especially dim view of those who get all their data from our website and then forget to mention us in the press release.
